Kings Barn Farm has a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to Kings Barn Farm is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. Kings Barn Farm will NOT disclose or distribute customer information to third parties, other than addressing packages for delivery.
By using PayPal for our shopping cart, your credit card and bank account details are kept confidential (to PayPal) and are not disclosed to Kings Barn Farm. PayPal will only pass onto Kings Barn Farm sufficient Customer details to enable the order to be fulfilled.
Commercial
Kings Barn Farm will endeavour to provide a quality service and supply quality products. If the service or products do not come up to your expectations we can’t rectify the situation unless we are given the opportunity to do so. We will endeavour to rectify any concerns quickly but due to the nature of willow, we cannot accept responsibility for any claim after 5 days from delivery. Returns will only be accepted with a Kings Barn Farm returns number. Kings Barn Farm must be contacted for a returns number before the goods are returned. Any order that is returned, must have been properly cared for and be returned in good condition, adequately packaged. Any refunds will be made as quickly as possible and certainly within 30 days.
Kings Barn Farm reserves the right to decline acceptance of an order. A minimum order value of £20 excluding VAT & delivery applies. Kings Barn Farm also reserves the right to amend an order if required. In this instance the customer has the right to cancel an order which has been amended. One reason for this clause is to protect both parties in the event that the ordering software malfunctions, producing an order which does not exactly match the expectations of the customer and Kings Barn Farm.
Willow is freshly cut for each order to ensure maximum viability. Kings Barn Farm will contact the Customer to arrange a mutually agreeable delivery or collection date. Orders cannot be placed by visiting Kings Barn Farm nor can they be collected without prior arrangement.
Kings Barn Farm only conducts sales online to keep our prices as low as possible. It is not possible to visit Kings Barn Farm other than to collect an order.
Prices are shown include VAT but delivery is extra depending on the value of the order. The delivery cost will be added to the total order value as part of the PayPal shopping cart.
We only supply within the UK.
